Our candle wax, fragrances, and wicks are pre-tested before making an order. Each candle is hand-crafted and poured by hand. If by any chance the candle does not burn exactly like you would want it to burn, please inform us by sending us an email to info@boho-glow.co.za so that we can fix it.
We will exchange any candle 24hours after the candle is delivered and if it was damaged during shipping. Original invoice must be attached as well as pictures of the broken candle. If you want to return an order, please send an email to info@boho-glow.co.za.
